My issue with that post is its missing a key piece..

The trial is on July 15-19..but the intial determination is in September or october ..i have see two different charts saying either sept or oct..which is 60-90 days..

the key here is the initial determination allows NLST to impose a customs import ban..

or thats what IR told me when the trial started in March..and the determination was in june..now we just move it back 4 months
