Non toxic funding. The $450k payment due is concerning given the bridge loan is only $2.5M and debt is what it is. Let's just hope that the farm can pay back the $$ they owe him this year and that he has partnerships that will help fund the start of the infrastructure build out. I'd still like to know what happened to the $10m equity line of credit he had at one time.
