he drives ottv's share price to near worthlessness at .0001 with dilution
then does a reverse split to raise the share price, only to dilute futher.
puts out some fluffy pr's and 8k's to sell shares to suckers
and if you think .20 makes pre r/s shareholders whole or near even then you haven't been here nearly as long as you'd have people believe
