Can't wait to see who the billion dollar automotive aftermarket manufacturer is. Pure speculation, but I like Tenneco (NYSE-ticker: TEN) for the potential investor/partner.
From the MCGI PR:
"OLIVE BRANCH, Miss., Dec. 17, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via OTC PR WIRE – MedCareers (MCGI:OTC pink) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary the 4Less Corp. (“4Less”, or the “Company”) the owner of Liftkits4less.com (www.liftkits4less.com) (“Liftkits”) recently became a factory direct authorized dealer for 5 major lines of a billion dollar automotive aftermarket manufacturer."
So we know the billion dollar company has to have at least "5 major brands" that would likely pertain to aftermarket ride/suspension, because that is what the 4Less Corp. markets:
Tenneco did almost 12 billion in 2018 revenues following their acquisition of Federal Mogul in October 2018. Among the many name brands listed their website that Tenneco/Federal Mogul owns, Monroe, Axios, Moog, Rancho, and Öhlins are the five vehicle suspension related brands. Others have to do with exhaust, brakes, etc.
Specializing in OE (original equipment) manufacturing and aftermarket parts, Tenneco is spinning off the aftermarket and ride performance (vehicle suspension) part of the company from the powertrain technology company in the latter part of 2019. It would also be a perfect fit for 4Less and their proprietary Ecommerce platform for internet shoppers. One coincidental fact that means absolutely nothing, but is still cool: I mentioned Tenneco owns Rancho suspension, and 4Less Corp. is located on Rancho Drive in Las Vegas, NV!
From the Tenneco.com website:
"About Tenneco
Headquartered in Lake Forest, Illinois, Tenneco is one of the world’s leading designers, manufacturers and marketers of Ride Performance and Clean Air products and technology solutions for diversified markets, including light vehicle, commercial truck, off-highway equipment and the aftermarket, with 2017 revenues of $9.3 billion and approximately 32,000 employees worldwide. On October 1, 2018, Tenneco completed the acquisition of Federal-Mogul, a leading global supplier to original equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with nearly 55,000 employees globally and 2017 revenues of $7.8 billion. Additionally, the company expects to separate its businesses to form two new, independent companies, an Aftermarket and Ride Performance company as well as a new Powertrain Technology company, in the second half of 2019.
