I checked today by calling the phone number which Sklar listed for his extension with the SEC and it is a wrong number. Several years ago he transferred 27 million shares of BnetMedia Group into a closed out hedge fund which was a reporting entity and named himself CEO in the SEC filing so securities fraud has never bothered him . That’s about to change.
