Lester: everyone here shares your frustration about the time to up list, but for your own sanity, and that of the board, please stop bringing it up. It's the elephant in the living room, the dining room, the hot tub room, the toilet.
Do you not think that Dowling and company are doing EVERYTHING and ANYTHING they can do to get this uplisted? He's mentioned that they've answered every request. I guarantee they have high paid lawyers with experience with Nasdaq doing all they can. It will happen. Remember there are still major financial companies that don't "allow" their clients to buy pot stocks (or they make it very difficult). I know this from a friend's recent experience buying CVSI.
So give it a rest. Management is doing all they can and we will hear about it as soon as it happens. And I hope, genuinely, that you are the first to read it and can share it with the rest of us.
