In my opinion, just trying to put myself in his shoes, knowing I was going to be late, he filed early to show shareholders he's not going to wait til last minute to drop bad news and wanted to show more character, and then planned on doing it by 4/10, which I believe you can only file for 15 head, and just didn't happen. I like the fact he filed it early. It shows he won't wait til last minute, that he communicates before others, I do wish it would've been done as he scheduled it, but we will see what happens by after hours on Monday. However, I'm still bullish because of the early communication. Hope that makes sense. This company is his livelihood, not mine. So him growing it matters to him more than to me, so I'd say look for the positive in his actions. But that's me others play on negative. I play on positives. The pps going up like that today should really make other consider this company as a worthwhile swing trade or longer. Just my opinion.
