I don’t know if it is or isn’t but when I checked in comparison to other stem cell companies with similar floats and when I check it with other stem cell stocks that are in the dollars, the number was comparable to those companies.

That is the number of shareholders that own stock in their own street name - as holder of record. Over the years, I've possessed actual certificates for various reasons. As such, I was considered a bearer. Insiders are also bearers. Those who use an actual broker - you call them up and ask them to buy a milly shares of a particular stock... generally, those shares are registered in bearer form - at least they were in the 80's. If you trade with an online broker, you will likely not be counted in this number.
