My take is the FDA is after companies making false claims. Not the legitimate ones. This is good for CV Sciences long term IMO

this news trickled out a while back, stocks noted took a hit. One of those released audited fins and is up today in the double digits. As a CVSI holder, great, as long as we're not getting the letters. Long term, not an issue as far as i can see. CBD is going mainstream, the gov will catch up to it and MJ in general.

They just advertised PlusCBDoil on the radio and mentioned their website, so I doubt that has anything to do with CVSI
