They got the shell designation removed from OTC markets, so they must have provided some sort of evidence to prove that the mining operations are legit and part of BMXI
And I have confirmed the audit directly with the audit partner so Shinewing is indeed engaged to do a SEC audit and the company has continued to state they are going through the audit process.
Based on the independent verification and managements insistence of stating they are almost complete with the audit I have no reason to believe otherwise.
Shell designation was removed quarterly and annual report filed in timely manner even tho alt reporting and updates have been frequent stop sign was applied and taken care of within days soon this pink will be orange and your p/l will be green.. all imo ofcourse but still thats the way im looking at it.. i was one of the biggest skeptics here but they continue to calm me down
