I would say no because groman and his crew have paid over $1,000,000 for his newly minted preferred shares. If groman needed a tax deduction that badly you'd think he would just donate to charity. And to answer other people's private messages since I don't do private messages about groman using nanobeak to get the money out that he put into vnth like a well oiled money laundering machine I have to say great since that proves a fiscal connection between vnth and nanobeak and gives us long holders a chance at a very rich payday.
