Yes, thanks for the update Tellem! I really like that Kristin requested an oral hearing. I think it is a great way for USRM to explain in layperson terms why the FDA is completely wrong with their stance and I think she will be able to breakdown in a way for the judge to understand the many reasons why the adipose stem cells are not a drug and only a medical same day procedure. The judge will have a better understanding and will be much easier to side with USRM IMO. USRM$ My one post for the day.
