The keyword is before he acquired the shell...let’s say I buy land and I build a skyscraper on the land...someone surfaces and tries to claim stake in that land later on....that’s a difficult case to win for the defendant...especially if I purchased the land from another person...depending on the evidence brought forward...a judge could end up ruling that they are entitled to the value of 1.5 billion shares at whatever the price was before JASON purchased the shell. That’s if at best they could prove without any doubt that they legally owned those shares.
