The question is whether the landlord is building out the space which is typical in leases... a tenant will trigger the expansion per the lease and the rent will typically increase as money is spent.... so Stephanie's answer could technically be true.
Well Stephanie better take a walk over to the Myford facility and take a look then get her hinder over to her client and inform them someone is doing a major renovation on their building. I pop my head in the same door where I went in for the 2017 Annual Shareholders meeting and the conference room is gone. Walls and ceiling are gone. Installing all new electrical, Pluming and HVAC. This is not just an upgrade by the landlord IMO. This is major from what I can tell. I'll be there again next week and do another drive by and shoot more pictures. I have one but don't know how to post it here. If anyone knows how please fill me in.
