It certainly is illegal. It is called fraud. It is a felony under the laws of the state the stock is incorporated in.. you can't file or claim to have filed reports that are knowing false with the intent to mislead. It is also a federal postal violation. The people who post here that it is a scam and a fraud have not reported it anywhere. they should instead of just guessing here.
