What still gets me is why both parties waited almost a month to come out saying the deal was terminated. Waldron claimed from video the 25th(?) janurary but yet he waits to proclaim it month later. Following suit is bishop calling the deal is off. Doesn't add up. Still think they were in cahoots together otherwise you would think Waldron would take the matter more seriously than just you tube video explaining his side. Problem with all this he showed termination of deal on paper but no official deal ever was signed with the merger. It was more just like handshake type deal. Maybe i'm just over thinking is all
