$USRM: Judge ENTERS PERMANENT INJUNCTION against Gradel....
Uh....sort of left out the 12 page CONSENT DECREE aka PERMANENT INJUNCTION against defendant Theodore Gradel of which the Judge signed-off NO PROBLEMS....meaning the Judge agrees that the govt has a ROCK SOLID CASE or she wouldn't accept that decree and subsequent injunction.
(Well, technically TWO left- as it's Kristin Comella and U.S. Stem Cell Inc Sunrise Florida and ALL who are "in concert" with them in the request for PERMANENT INJUNCTION by the FEDS...but no need to split hairs)
Comella's making a last-ditch desperation "Hail Mary" by begging for an HOUR of federal court time to "try" and run her bullshit propaganda by the judge- that's all I see. "My Cells, My Choice" ain't gonna fly w/ a Judge who just inked her name on a PERMANENT INJUNCTION against your long, long time biz partner and co-defendant...

Lets see the 12 pages of verbiage of that PERMANENT INJUNCTION...cause that is gonna be the FUGLY UGLY "show card" on what's about to happen here.....
Federal judges DESPISE having their time wasted on bullshit and frivolous arguments...so Comella better not waste this Judges' time, IF the judge even allows this "Oral argument" bullshit, again, after ONE DEFENDANT ALREADY SIGNED and took PERMANENT INJUNCTION.....
No better way to lose and lose big than to piss off a very busy judge by wasting their time, and the court's time. Their dockets are full to the brim- and this Ungaro runs as tight a ship as they come. She doesn't like to be jacked around with. All business, no bullshit.
If Comella tries to pitch this judge on some "Constitutional crisis" lecture bullshit- she's might as well ask for a shovel to be tossed in the hole- to finish digging the grave...cause it's OVER at that point IMO...
This don't look like it's gonna end well...not a chance in hell IMO...
Lets see the 12 pages of PERMANENT INJUNCTION and what the FEDS already got Comella's BFF long time biz partner and clinic co-owner on...the judge SIGNED IT..and said GAME OVER Theodore..ONE TO GO..
