Exactly. There are much easier ways to start a share printing zero profit “scam” company.
The self promotion has declined significantly, authorized share count was lowered, and the number of issued shares has remained the same. Regardless of all the other DD that keeps being ignored, those actions are opposite of what most “scam” companies do. Also, since Gifa Inc is essentially a new company, they could easily have gotten current with a zero income and asset company while issuing a fluff PR saying they intend to roll in Gifa Holding.
This will shock everyone involved when completed.
