no...when sellers cant sell at the ASK, they have to whack to get out..then other holders see the bid dropping more so THEY whack to get out...repeat, repeat, repeat..when the buyers buy the ASK the pps goes UP and then NO ONE wants to sell, so the pps goes UP and UP!!!
