The problem here is that for those that are "stuck", they can never recover with 10b outstanding shares. Even at .01 the company would be valued at 100 million. A realistic valuation based only on their revenues would be 4-8 million. That would be around .0004-.0008. Not too bad for those that got in at .0001 but basically useless for the longer term investors that stuck by the company throughout the Ballas debacle.
