Some questions can't be answered. There are a wide variety of reasons for this, and it depends on the question. Here's a sample question that can't be answered right now unless you have a U.S. Security Clearance.

What, if anything, is the U.S. Government doing to remove Nicholas Maduro from power in Venezuela?

Some questions posed by scientists and even mathematicians were not answered for centuries. For example, in the year 250 A.D., a French Mathematician named Pierre de Fermat asked a question about numbers. This problem wasn't completely solved until 1995.

The poster called 'OldRogue' asked a question about Greenshift's ability to produce ethanol or corn oil efficiently (I assume he means "with a low-cost production process" instead of "with a high-volume output"). I gave him the answer I did so that he would find out that there is a severe lack of transparency in this company. Once he learned that fact, he should then be able to understand that the Greenshift Company is unlikely to give him a specific answer to his specific question.

I'm repeating for the sake of emphasizing it. GERS stockholders and others are still waiting for the 2016 10-K and the 8-K that shows the transfer of Bitzio's Series G shares to Viridis.
