No way he could tell you if the all of shares were owned by the Ltds as it would give away insider information imo. That will be key in any kind of reverse merger take over or any major capital raise behind the scene as is the disclosure of this kind of information. Maybe the PSPW shares are owned separately by the related entities however Balkan Energy Ltd was above the 5% threshold and it was disclosed. At some point the shares could end up in the Ltds and we would not know.
