I finally found the epiq link that led me to the dockets. I downloaded and read Wu's motion.

I don't think that flooding the court with similar motions would be effective, yet. I would wait until the court rules, then use that ruling to modify and file as necessary. If the court rejects the motion, we have a legal basis on which to file our motions to argue against the court's ruling. If the motion is granted, than any other similar motions will be granted.

I suspect that if the court grants the motion, however, it will apply to all holders of the four CTs.

That is my take on it. I have no legal education, and have not followed this case in great legal detail like some of you have done.

I was surprised at how few shares Wu owns ... only 24K shares. He went to a heck of a lot of work for only 24K shares. Is he a lawyer or legal aide? I mean, $600K retail value would be nice to have, but surely he doesn't expect full retail value. And if he does expect his motion to pass, why does he only own 24K shares?

This isn't making much sense from that angle.
