If they bought a big amount on the open market with their own money, it might have positive sentiment that things are going very well but these amounts don’t mean anything. Scraps to them which don’t mean anything. A hundred thousand of their own skin would move the stock price but Ken won’t do that.

In a business that actually sells a product, it can mean the organic business of the firm is doing well. You can buy when you know sales and profits will rise.

For a deal driven business like ADXS, it means those "term sheets" Ken was promoting were all smoke and mirrors to sucker investors. Nothing with a reasonable prospect of closing in the near term.

That said, if they were in discussions and had a deal hammered out and waiting to be finalized pending trial results, they could buy and I would expect them to buy BIG.

Since they are making chicken feed buys, it is just more smoke and mirrors to sucker investors and the deal bag is empty.
