There is no doubt, people who don't deal with or know about Extremely large Real Estate deals, immediately would be pessimistic. I'm originally from the NY,NJ area anytime any of the major sports franchise's wanted a new stadium it was a huge issue with the media and of course the the "local governments", county,city,state.. the bottom line..once their pockets were lined...
