I knew about that already but yes he knows very shortly he is about to embark on the biggest deal of his life and if there are surrounding properties he can expand on.. I would not be surprised if he continues this into a REIT..there is so much potential here. There are so many entities involved along with money if anyone doesn't think this is going to be a huge deal.. I heard banks are now offering 1% CD's
