How can the share structure change when the company is non-reporting? What are they going to do, change the A/S again!?!? :-D
They can’t change a damn thing until they provide financials. So far they have provided nothing but outdated financials for FRFS. Wow! A name and ticker change. A bunch of shady websites. A PR that clearly stated they are working to complete the filing of several periodic reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission but cannot assure shareholders that these will be filed.
How do they run an airline, have plans to open a hotel and casino, and have money for an amusement park project, but clearly state that their financial stature is modest and that they do not currently qualify for any listing on any U.S.-based stock exchange, ANd there can be no guarantee that their common stock will qualify for any stock exchange listing at any time in the foreseeable future???
