Wow... if i am reading it correctly, looks like the defendents, HINDENBURG, has been delaying on many fronts of this case... imo, $YRIV might have a strong case here, esp with the tone at which the plaintiff, YRIV, have spoken in today's court filings... Read pages 10 and 11 and let me if you are comprehending the same way as i am...
