DaubersUP...Are you assuming IPIX is selling shares to raise the capital? Is that how you get to 300 million shares? How long does it take to get to that 1 billion a year...4 years from now?

Our best deal,IMO, would be a development partnership for OM with a Pharma for upfront money and to take over the phase 3 trials paying all costs with milestone payments for completion of phase 3 , filing NDA,and approval of the NDA. Pharma to market the drug and pay royalties on sales of say 15%.

$0.50 x 5 years = $2.50/share on B-OM royalties alone.
