Had no knowledge of an announcement until it happened. So I don't think I questioned mgmts "announcement then pricing". What I questioned in my mind was whether there would be news at all coming shortly as it made more sense to me that if there were news out there,they would have announced it 1st, ran up the stock, then announced the offering. Didn't happen so I don't expect imminent news.
Sorry; I don't a crystal ball so cannot "calculate" the length of time good news will come based on a discount price. Do you see a relationship? Please clue us in.
