#47582 RE: KentuckyHemp #47574

My pleasure Mike. All we have in the end are the stories we tell ourselves and others. Outside of the past and current stories about our investments, the ONLY (and most important) story should be about how well we take care of ourselves and our family, how much love we give and receive, how much we honor the contributions we make and have made to our family and community, how much joy we are able to generate in a world dominated by fear, hatred, ennui, angst, and the general malaise of nihilistic thinking.

May we all strive to be more kind, polite, humble in our relationships and on this board (like SpaceLady demonstrated so well today).

As Cassius sums it up nicely in Shakespeare’s play, Julius Caesar. Cassius addresses Brutus, to persuade him to take part in the overthrow of the tyrant, Julius Caesar, because he is reluctant due to his friendship with Caesar.

Cassius:
Why, man, he [Caesar] doth bestride the narrow world
Like a colossus, and we petty men
Walk under his huge legs, and peep about
To find ourselves dishonorable graves.
Men at some time are masters of their fates;
The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars,
But in ourselves, that we are underlings.
