I said it might be ONE of the reasons why there’s a delay in filings, with the onus ultimately falling on the auditor’s discretion. Since the inspection was completed a week ago while the audit is also taking place, it’s fair game to assume that it’s not coincidental.
The point is: the audit is what’s holding up the 10-K.
