I agree with your 1st PARAGRAPH. Thought about the pricing after the announcement and admittedly had a question . Suggested that if good news were coming, why not wait, announce it 1st and then offer at the run up px.
So I concluded news was not coming for now.

Can't give mgmt a vote of no confidence though. I do continue to believe the best and better is yet to come. Just won't be when we want it.

Possible R/S but not certain. Could be the good news if in the hopper will be released and they won't need to. In any case R/S never works without a fundamental backup ahead of it. So maybe there is that backup and what you call a MISSTEP by mgmt is a brilliant ploy.
