CEGX and Crawford are two different defendants in the same case. Crawford's waver does not apply to CEGX. If CEGX is served a summons they will have 21 days from service to respond. If they wave they may get 60 days. Though i have a feeling CEGX may not respond at all. Its goose is cooked for sure.
