SNS,
after reading this last response of yours, I have to ask...
what is your background? As someone who has started & sold companies as well as being part of a team that successfully launched a company on to a Senior exchange, I am having trouble seeing how that is the best scenario.

I know TTS' background is not finance... yours?

Thanks

SNS, in my understanding of the rules, Delcath, due to their failure to file in a timely manner and their failure to file an extension, has basically removed their S-3 shelf registration from the picture and will not be allowed to offer securities via an S-3 for 12 months.

With that in mind, how would they be able to raise capital via an offering at this point in time? Even an S-1 offering would require current and audited financials to be included in the prospectus would it not?

Trade Safe.
