I think the market priced in a lot more than 10% dilution, the number of shares converted was not known until now but the fact that there was dilution was known.
It makes zero sense to say that it should drop another 10% now that the number is known, when it seems to be a lot less than feared.
Now, it seems that half of the 3 million float is sold short. Wouldn’t it be more logical for the shorts to cover? Maybe you should consider doing just that before it goes back to FMV and we get a 50%+ rally.
