VH and trkyhntr I think you guys are on top of it my big concern is we are using technology that is over 60-70 years old. I think that with the new technology has or is scheduled to be replaced every 30 years just like if I were to buy a car and used it for 30 years I have wore it out. So great for this energy just make sure there is a time that needs to be incorporated to replace
