I contacted my broker about the name change, according to NVSOS.gov it has take place and "Star Resorts Development" is no longer associated with BHPA inc.

Token swap ends April 15 so we could get an update then. SEC just finished some work on what qualifies as a digital asset, making us able to be traded as a security, and we qualify most definitely. I really think they'll update whats going on here soon.
