If you look back at some of Lazar's other merger's He always issues himself shares of the ticker he is working on. This allows him to keep the ticker pink current while waiting for a merger with no out of pocket expense. This will be multi dollars once merger is announced and once OTCmarkets changes to pink current with the attorney letter out.
