If they can figure that out that idea its probably worth more than a single port robot.
GYN is a great place to start as their is no stapling required in high volume GYN cases.
Although, a surgeon taking their preferred stapler (ethicon/covidien) and using through an accessory port is no big deal.
This will be highly utilized when they dive into general surgery. This same port would be used to remove items reserved from the body: colon specimen for colectomy, lung tissue for wedge resection, etc.
People on the board are getting caught up in stapling when titan can have commercial success for years without it.
