Nonsense?! Not at all. Why is that employees of Walmart can buy on the open market but don't. Cash isn't always King. I've worked for Walmart before and that's exactly how they do it. Arrayit employees would be better off taking shares instead of taking cash if they really believe in the company which apparently they do.
And by the way, your statement is just plain foolishness anyway because if an employee believes in Arrayit they can stand to make a whole lot more through shares being given to them than cash. Arrayit is going nowhere but UP! And that's that. You just let me be given the chance to get shares from this company instead of cash and I'll take it any day knowing how the company plans to prosper.
I work for UPS as management and get stock as part of my yearly bonus! In case you haven’t noticed Stock is as good as cash! Especially since we get class C stocks at an 8% discount plus we get it at the lowest price it was that year and 10 votes per share! That sucks huh? NOT
