When a company is run by ONE person out of a 2 room suite you just might have a scam!
When a company starts out with a Huge RS and then raises the AS a year later you just might have a scam.
When a Penny stock uses shares to buy an asset with no physical location? you just might have a scam.
I can't say with 100% certainly that this is a Scam but, I can say with 98% though!
These all concerns can be found in the penny stock Scam Book 101! Of course that is not to say you can't make money trading scams but most folks will be left holding the bag like the ones that were buying this over the dollar a share mark!
