Ok, I have been provided a very high up name at the SEC from a very very high up law enforcement official in this country I know extremely well. Honestly, I have been sitting on it trying to be patient giving the CEO and management a chance to update the shareholders on the massive dilution they ran and how it will ultimately be helpful to the shareholders in the long run and awaiting a business update to ensure the money they raised was used in a smart fiduciary manner. I’m not poo pooing you all’s contact and the notifications that u have given the the SEC already but I think, actually I know, that my contact will go a long way. Additionally, it is huge, that based on your contacts already, this company is probably or actually under the authorities microscope as I write this. Also, I have been doing my own detective work and without divulging all my thoughts, something still doesn’t smell right. As an honest person in my life, I like to give that benefit to others as well. Another reason I have sat on this. Additionally, I am not sure that this could be the only bad egg (if they are as like I said I would like to give them the benefit of doubt) in this space. Therefore, that has had me on the sidelines too. To be clear, this is not a threat to anyone but the rights we have been given to us as shareholders under the law. Until then, I’m going to remain on the sidelines and see what comes to fruition next before I may or may not have to move forward. I know a lot of you are ticked off right now, but if you could share your thoughts in a calm manner I would appreciate it. Lastly, if anyone should be ticked off it should be me as I have lost (in paper) a ridiculous amount of money (real money) on this investment. I was and remain a believer of the underlying hemp company but when the stock doesn’t track the underlying business, something doesn’t seem right...,,thoughts on if I should move forward or continue to wait for more details that ensures management’s innocence or more evidence that points towards potential illegal actions that may have occurred? Thanks
