Neither one has filed anything within the proper time frame.

And, that mention of "acquisition", is NOT the same thing as a MERGER, ROLL UP MERGER, ASSET ROLLUP, FRUIT ROLLUP or anything otherwise.

I think that they either bought grifco, like grifco bought litfiber, litfiber brought paintballs express before that and paintballs express bought trim a lawn, trim a lawn bought the tire shop before that.

I think that there's no such thing as libya facility, no global oil tools contract with anyone, venezuela, china libya etc and that dialer has sold out.

I also think that if things were progressing on schedule, that we should have seen a filing before 30 days after the meeting was voted on....

which we haven't, and probably won't. I think that the grifco PR machine hs ground to a halt and the next thing is the reverse merger into the acquiring company and exit stage left for the dialer, lois, jarvis, mick, jarvis and cohen. Seeya next time round boys, it's been fun.
