Rrao11 -- You have identified the key reason why I lean towards a buyout over an IPO scenario. The 3.35B OS of LLBO is a factor that will not go away. In addition, it does not make sense for a company to go private to go public again. Investment bankers will not orchestrate an IPO pro-bono. The duplication of effort IMHO does not make economic sense. This is why I think an acquisition or a buyout is more likely, all things considered.
