Each of those reasons, in my opinion, shows utter contempt for the shareholders. The people who made the possibly failing business possible in the first place, in my opinion. It's a shame that, it appears to me, the company shows no respect at all to its shareholders.
Shame on this company...if it even is a company.
I am soooooo interested in seeing the financials. I'm especially interested in seeing what's going on with the equity and the debt owed to insiders. That's the part of the story which will tell us lots. But, unfortunately, no one wants to share that info.....I wonder why?
