XALL definitely is that stock for sure, I have a huge grin on my face and especially when returns to nickel and dime... if I can hold out that long, lol.
This came into my radar last year when it was .07 cents pps and been watching and started accumulating heavier, averaging down to sub-copper myself ever since... 2019 is gonna be a great year!
