If the company executes on its plan then it will be dollars and the more they can execute the higher the stock price. 3-5 year target price $3.00 -$5.00
Can go higher based on what they execute on and revenue generated. The reality is this will change people's financial circumstances if they are long here as this is the one of the few companies in the OTC that has the ability to uplist to another exchange.
