Some would take profit, you can already see the blocks on the ASK changing every minute, so yeah, shorts will shorts, no matter how high the stock goes!!
After reading many posts on this forum yesterday,I have to agree with you. I think many got out today however once we get conformation some of those same posters will chase this way higher! Seen this many times.
