$EVSV my thoughts on a Forward Split

In essence, “too little too late”

Why ?

Because IMO many shareholders by the time a forward split comes would have already sold and no longer would be following the company.

You need a loyal shareholder base to move a stock forward.

Having only a small number of shareholders is never good and there are minimum number of shareholders requirements for any uplist to a major exchange.

Updating Otcmarkets with number of current shareholders via a company NOBO list would confirm/deny my assumptions.

Till then, here is one example of a shareholder who no longer trusts the CEO of this company because of the surprise 2000 to 1 RS
